How we rate telehealth providers.
Ratings reflect our editorial assessment of medical oversight, medication sourcing, pricing, support and fulfillment, and are reviewed regularly.
What we look at
Every program we list is a U.S. telehealth service that prescribes through licensed clinicians. We read each program's own pricing, refund and support pages and rate it on the five things that decide whether it is a good place to be treated.
- Clinical oversight. Whether a licensed clinician is genuinely involved in prescribing and in the months afterwards, or only at intake.
- Total monthly cost. What a patient actually pays per month once medication, consults and shipping are included.
- Medication access. What can be prescribed, and how reliably it can be supplied.
- Ongoing support. What happens between the prescription and the refill: titration guidance, side-effect management, and whether anyone checks in.
- Transparency. Whether the terms are findable before signing up: cancellation, lock-in, what happens when the price changes.

Medical content is reviewed by a licensed physician before it is published and when it is updated.

How we make money
We earn a commission when you sign up with a provider through links on this site. Commissions can affect which providers we feature and where they appear. Our ratings are our editorial assessment of each program, and the medical content is reviewed by a licensed physician.
The commission is disclosed at the top of every page that carries a link to a provider. Signing up through one of our links never costs you more than going direct.
